Shipping Policy

In-stock items: Shipped within 2–3 business days from the order date.

Back-order items: Will ship at a later date, which will be noted on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Pre-order items: Shipped within 2–3 business days after the launch date.

Please note: Shipping times may vary. Delivery speed also depends on the destination address and the shipping service selected.

At the moment, we are only able to fulfill orders within the USA.

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your state.

If your order has not shipped, email us at hello@anathemae.com with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.
You may change your shipping address within 1 hour of placing your order. We’ll do our best to update it before processing. If you want to change your shipping address after the order is dispatched, please contact the courier directly. We cannot guarantee successful delivery and are not responsible for lost packages.

Tracking numbers are sent automatically once your order is packed.
When the courier scans your package, you can use the tracking number to view delivery updates.
