Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

For US orders: we’ll provide a return label. There is an $8 handling fee, included with the label.

Issue with your order?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@anathemae.com so we can make it right.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing takes up to 7 business days from the date the return arrives at our warehouse. You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund is processed.
